Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and FitWardrobe ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the FitWardrobe website (fitwardrobe.me), its early-access list or the FitWardrobe application (on Android or the web), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

FitWardrobe is for people aged 18 and over. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

To use FitWardrobe, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A way to sign in, handled by our authentication provider, Supabase

You agree not to use FitWardrobe to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful or offensive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack our systems
• Use the AI features to generate harmful or malicious content
• Impersonate any person or entity

The FitWardrobe application, including its logos, designs, and original code, is the property of FitWardrobe and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload to FitWardrobe. Use of the app grants us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data strictly for the purpose of providing you with styling services.

FitWardrobe uses two cloud AI services:

• Tagging clothing photos: Google's Gemini API
• Outfit suggestions: Groq

While we strive for 100% uptime, FitWardrobe is in early access. We do not guarantee that our services will always be available or uninterrupted.

FitWardrobe is free during early access and beta testing. We may introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. If we do, we will tell you before any charge applies, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

9.1 Early access

FitWardrobe is free for everyone during early access. If we introduce paid plans later, we will tell early-access users well before anything changes, and nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.

9.2 Founding members and invite order

Joining the early-access list with your email address is all you need to do to get early access. Nothing else is required.

Founding members are people who also join our Telegram channel or Discord server. This is optional. Founding members get:

• their early-access invite before the rest of the list: we share each round of invites in Telegram and Discord first, then email everyone else on the list;
• early previews of what we are building;
• a vote in our polls on what we build next;
• a direct line to the team.

Following us on Instagram or any other platform is not required and does not change the order of invites. If you never join, or you leave Telegram or Discord, you keep your place on the list and still get your invite by email.

Being a founding member does not come with any payment, discount or gift. If we offer anything like that later, we will set out who qualifies and how in these Terms before it starts.

You can stop using FitWardrobe at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@fitwardrobe.me. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, or if we discontinue the service; where we can, we will tell you first.

FitWardrobe is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of FitWardrobe or its AI suggestions. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify FitWardrobe against claims or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of FitWardrobe.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please email us first so we can try to resolve it. Subject to any right you have under consumer protection law to bring a complaint where you live or work, the courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of FitWardrobe.

We may update these Terms as FitWardrobe changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date, and for significant changes we will also email the people on the early-access list. Your continued use of FitWardrobe after a change means you accept the new Terms.
